SHIPPING POLICY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- All orders will be shipped via USPS and should be received within 5-8 business days after processing unless you purchase a pre-order item which it will state next to the name of the item the estimated ship date. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. If you have an issue with receiving your package and we have provided a tracking number please call your local post office first.
- Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes. International shipping is available. International shipping usually arrives within 10-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Upon checkout, various international shipping rates will displayed to you.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
- Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $150 or more
- Standard Shipping – Calculated at check out.
- Overnight – (please don't count the day your place the order because your package will not ship until that next day for ex. if you place the other on the 10th it will not ship until the 11th)
RETURN POLICY
RETURN PROCESS (Exchange Only)
- Merchandise must be received back to THR Lifestyle within 7 days of your delivery date after receiving return approval. You must email us at Returns@THRLifestyle.com with order number and reason for return for approval before sending the items back, for exchange or store credit only. Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your email and you will not be penalized for the 48 hours that it takes for us to respond to your request.
- All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
FINAL SALES
- The following items are not available for refunds, exchanges and/ or store credit:
- Grab Bags, Sale/ Clearance items (if you use any type of discount code that is a sale/clearance item so that is final sale), Face masks, Replacement face mask filters, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, Hair wraps, Waist Beads and Gift Certificates.
EXCHANGES
- We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we will issue a store credit so you can use it towards another purchase and you will have 1 year from the date the store credit was issue to use it. We do not allow multiple exchanges meaning you will not be allowed to exchange from a specific order multiple times. For example if you place an order and receive it you are allow to make an exchange one time from that order so once you receive your new item that is final sale. We can't allow you to receive the exchange and then send that back for another item.
STORE CREDIT
- If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange please let us know in your return order email and we will be happy to issue you online credit in the amount of the return which will be good for 1 year from the issued date.
DEFECTIVE
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/ incorrect merchandise contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.
RETURNING
- Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to three business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
